225g Plain flour
1 tsp Salt
3/4 tsp Baking powder
40g Butter
150ml Warm water

Mix the flour, salt, and baking powder in a bowl and rub in the butter.
Stir in the water and knead to a soft dough, cover and leave to rest for 15 minutes.

Divide the dough into 10 equal pieces and shape into balls. Roll out on a floured board to 6-7 in rounds.

Heat oil in a frying pan or griddle, add one tortilla and cook for 1-2 minutes turning as soon as surface starts to bubble. Remove from pan and keep warm while cooking the rest the same way.

* Tortillas can be made ahead of time. To reheat them just wrap in aluminum foil and pop in a warm oven for around 5 minutes.
